Throughout her extraordinary career, music industry marketing guru Luana Pagani has been hailed as dynamic, creative and visionary. She is also known as a pragmatic leader whose talents engender extraordinary success for brands and artists such as Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin and Shakira. 

Today, as partner of SeitrackUS, sister company to Mexican OCESA Seitrack (marketing and artist representation and the most important entertainment entity in LATAM) Pagani applies her 20 years of insight, insatiable curiosity, vast connections and superlative management skills to pushing the boundaries of marketing entertainment communications to build brands into icons. 

Prior to SeitrackUS, Pagani spent seventeen years at Sony Corporation, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Marketing where she oversaw global marketing and promotion for USLatin and Latin America.  There, she pioneered the use of digital marketing, forged unprecedented strategic alliances and kept her finger on the pulse of music fans everywhere.

As comfortable backstage as she is in the boardroom, Pagani is widely credited with the global launch of Ricky Martin, and for catapulting the careers of Alejandro Fernandez, Alicia Keys, Beyonce and Maroon 5 among others throughout Latin America.

In her current role as President of SeitrackUS, she has been key to the development of artists such as Miguel Bosé, Zoé, Bronco, Ha*Ash and more recently Ximena Sariñana in the US and the South of Latin America.

Pagani has been widely recognized by the entertainment industry as a model industry leader. Named Billboard’s Top 20 Power Players – Women in Music, she consecutively has made the 2017 and 2018 list of Billboard Latin Power Players.

Educated in Spain and Argentina, Pagani has worked on three continents:in Europe, Latin America and in the US, moving seamlessly from culture to culture.Her multi-cultural background fuels her keen insights into emerging trends among the new generations of Latinos in the US and Latin America.
