Shani Fuller Tillman (VP, Marketing, RCA Records) has been responsible for marketing many highly successful single and album campaigns for artists including Bryson Tiller, GoldLink, A$AP Ferg and others. During the last 12 months, Shani has developed and/or implemented strategic marketing campaigns for some of RCA’s hottest artists on the urban roster. This past June, GoldLink released his 3rd LP, Diaspora, which marked his biggest sales debut to date. Khalid’s sophomore album, Free Spirit, was released April 2019 with a one-night-only theatrical film debut along with multi-tiered campaigns with several partners including Apple Music, Spotify, BMW, Target, etc. The album debuted #1 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart and pushed Khalid to be the #1 global streaming artist on Spotify. Prior to the launch of Free Spirit, he released his Suncity EP as a perfect bridge piece to the sophomore album. Leikeli47 released her sophomore album Acrylic in November and continues to make her impact on the industry. This campaign launched with a multiple bundle releases leading into the album’s release. Shani worked alongside RCA Inspiration on the release of Kirk Franklin’s LONG LIVE LOVE, which debuted #1 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums Chart, #2 on R&B Albums Chart and #20 on Top 200 chart. She continues to develop some of RCA’s newest and hottest signings including Koffee, KAYTRANADA, Tone Stith, VanJess, and has recently joined the team supporting Polo Grounds Music’s recent hot rappers Calboy and Jay Gwapo. Looking to the next few months, Shani is gearing up to release albums/projects from A$AP Ferg, G-Eazy and many more!
